Every new chat starting from zero. Like moving to a new city and having to re-introduce yourself to everyone. So I tried to bring my history with me. That's when I hit the actual problem. My export was over 1GB. Raw JSON, no structure Claude can navigate, and Claude's file upload limit is 30MB. My history was 30x that. No clean path existed, so I built one. Built for me.
