Moveat is the client tracking app for personal trainers. The client sends a check-in from their phone: weight, measurements, how they feel, three progress photos. The coach reads the curve, compares the photos over time, and writes the diet and the program. Calories and macros come from a food database, never an estimate. No AI decides anything here, the coach does. Body photos are kept in private storage with short lived signed links, hosted in the EU. Free for your first 2 clients.

Hi Product Hunt,
Moveat started on the client side, not the coach side. I was the one being coached, and everything lived in the wrong place: the diet on a sheet of paper, the training program lost somewhere in a chat, no photos, no history, no way to tell whether any of it was working. My coach was not disorganised. The tool simply did not exist.
So Moveat does one thing properly: it makes the check-in easy enough that a client actually sends it, week after week, from their phone. Weight, measurements, how they feel, three progress photos. The coach opens the dashboard, reads the curve, compares the photos over time, and writes the diet and the training program.
Two decisions I care about.
Moveat decides nothing. It writes no diet, proposes no plan and recommends nothing, and there is no AI anywhere in the coaching workflow. Calories and macros are computed from a food database, so the numbers behind a diet are real instead of estimated.
Progress photos are body photos. They are kept in private storage with short lived signed links and strict isolation between coaches. Hosting and data are in the European Union.
It is free for your first 2 clients, permanently, not a trial. After that, pricing is bound by how many clients you follow.
I would genuinely like to hear from coaches here: which part of your client follow up still happens outside any tool?

Tried it with a client this week and the photo comparison over time is genuinely useful, makes progress easy to see at a glance. Love that the coach stays in charge of the plan instead of some algorithm guessing macros.

The check-in flow is honestly the cleanest I've seen, especially how the photos line up side by side without me having to dig. Love that the coach is the one calling the shots on calories instead of some algorithm guessing.
