Awesome site that allows me to choose what factors are important is clutch. My top cities are definitely different from other people’s favorites. I also like that clicking a lot of factors doesn’t eliminate all of my options but just further refines my results.
MoveOrInvest is an excellent tool for finding the best cities. It's easy to see how cities rank based on your personalized list of factors. There is also data, metrics, trends and charts for housing, taxes, climate, safety, etc. for each city.

@shivam_singh63 Thanks for checking out the site! I do have some predictive analytics incorporated in projected quarterly appreciation and projected annual appreciation. I'm also planning it for other factors in the future - I just need to ensure the data and predictions are accurate before incorporating anything. Data integrity is critical.

@nickman Thanks for the comment and question. I do provide historical data trends both as informative charts as well as in the calculation of each city score. For example, the rental growth factor takes into consideration the median rent price over the past year and the path it is taking.
