@geri_mate This is actually an open debate within the community: where do portals end and platforms begin? The literature puts the difference at the access: the platform does the things, the portal is the gateway to its capabilities. So while I agree with you, we definitely ambition to build as much as possible a platform over time, we decide at this stage of our product to align with the analysts' adoption: portals. It allows us to be easily identified within a known market

I'm interested because I feel like many chatbots of current services lack either in their knowledge retrieval or in understanding general questions good enough. Excited to hear from you!

@lrueger Thanks for your interest and your pointed question: - For the backend systems (databases, data pipelines, validators, etc. ) we have built our own from scratch. - Regarding the models themselves, we are experimenting with multiple iterations of the agent, running on top of different foundational models (e.g. Llama from HuggingFace, ChatGPT & Gemini). This is the reason why the feature is in Early Access until we have clear signals on performance, accuracy, etc. Happy to further exchange at any time!
