What's great

I’ve been using Mr.Speech across multiple use cases, and what stands out most is how fast, accurate, and easy to use it is.

There’s very little friction. You can get started quickly without having to figure out a complicated workflow. The transcription accuracy has been especially impressive, and the speed makes it practical for situations where I just want to capture information and move on.

For me, the biggest strengths are:

Very accurate transcription
Fast processing
Simple and intuitive interface
Easy to use across different types of work
Saves time compared with manually taking notes or transcribing content

It’s one of those tools that does what you expect it to do without making the process unnecessarily complicated.

What needs improvement

There’s nothing major I would change with the core experience right now.

The biggest improvement for me would be making it even easier to use Mr.Speech on the go from a mobile device. A really seamless mobile experience would make it much more useful when I’m away from my computer and want to quickly capture thoughts, conversations, notes, or other audio.

That would probably make me use it even more.

vs Alternatives

I looked at and used multiple other speech-to-text and transcription solutions, but I chose Mr.Speech because of the combination of its versatility, accuracy, speed, and simplicity.

Some tools can feel overloaded with features or require too many steps just to accomplish something simple. Mr.Speech feels much more straightforward. I can focus on what I’m trying to capture rather than spending time managing the tool itself.

What's great

Mr.Speech is fantastic because we dont have to learn to type fast , to translate our thought .

What needs improvement

The product is good actually .

I will suggest if there is a mr.Speech for meeting management and kaban management , that will be good , specifically for my team and I

I usually do meeting on regular basis. After the meetings , I need sumarries and action plan . Here is where mr.speech comes in . It helps in summary my meetings into hte most improtant point and directly create ticket in the kanban dashboard.

What's great

It really helps me during meetings. It records the meeting and Incan get a summary of the important thing said during the meeting so I do not need to go through the whole meeting. A feature many apps don't have
