@mpmisko I hear you. This app definitely isn't for everyone, but you'll find more and more research coming out about why Calories don't count for the majority of us and how more than 95% of people end up putting weight on. The purpose of Munch is to help those with unhealthy eating habits, like binging, comfort eating, stress eating to build healthier eating habits and not to focus on weight as a goal.
