Mushin (無心: no-mind) is an web app to mindlessly log hobbies - hiking, reading, hitting the gym, etc - and to get visualization of the stats automatically. A little feature to expand this out to be a social network to connect with others who log similar hobbies, nothing fancy.
How does the social feed work in practice, do you only see logs from people who log the exact same hobbies or is there a broader discovery angle too?

The recent entries section shows "all" the recent entries.
It was put there just to motivate myself that there are others who log their hobbies.
Now that I realize this can be improved to be something like a feed. Discover other people with similar hobbies, etc.
I am the main user (as it first started as my own logging app), so I will continue to use the app, as well as improve it.
Your comment is helping me guide to some direction that I didn't see alone.

Love the zen name and the focus on passive logging. Quick question though, does the social feed pull from people whose stats happen to match mine, or would I be able to actually follow specific folks like on a regular platform?

Currently the "recent entries" shows "all" the visible (public and connected private users entries).
I have not thought much about the social network aspect of it, yet, but your comment gave me a good direction to start improving it. Never thought about the "feed" like list, but that seems to be a good direction.
I will be updating the app as I use it, so these will be in considerations for next features.

Logged a few hikes and the chart showed up exactly like I hoped, simple and clean. The social angle sounds promising if it stays low-key like this.
