We usually don't, many major platforms are also a victim of this. However, we do try to minimize this by regularly checking/updating our existing database.
Furthermore, we do plan on partnering with credentials providers (for eg. IELTS, Hackerank) in the future to award "cookie" points to those candidates who actually verify it and hence, will be ranked higher.
