I wanted to say that I love your work guys! I'm curious, what inspired you to specialize in working with SaaS startups? Additionally, I'm interested in your perspective on when it's important for a startup to have strong branding, versus when it's possible to test hypotheses without focusing too much on visuals. I have been in payments for 25 years and work with a lot of merchants that are tired of the expense, hold times of their payments and friendly fraud. We started offering this product to all of our merchants as an APM (alternative payment method) and they love having access to their funds faster, the posting the transaction back to their website in real time, and their customers enjoy the simplicity of using My User's Zelle product. We can't wait for Fed Now to launch in July!

I recommend this product. I had been looking for something similar to take online payments for a while and their team was able to walk me through every single one of my questions. Team was very knowledgeable in the industry and I'm happy to have taken advantage of the PH promo! Will return with updates after long trying this product. So far loving it!

Myuser as a whole is very strong across the board. Their approval times are quick and easy. It has a very simple integration so you can get your business up and running quickly. Their customer service is very responsive which is always a major benefit since most companies only respond with formatted emails which has always been very frustrating to me.
