Names & Faces is a visual employee directory that solves a problem experienced by everyone from the CEO to the intern. How do I get to know the people around me? How do I get context for where they fit in. And how do I get in touch when I need to?
Awesome product
Pros:Super easy to find that lesser known colleague so you can prevent embarrassing name-forgetting situations. One touch dial as well.
Cons:None
Despite best efforts, it's impossible to place every face around the office, and as we've distributed teams around the country, some colleagues are only seen every now and then. This app and it's well structured directly solves the awkwardness by allowing a quick recap before a meeting or site-visit, and genuinely improves confidence for everyone.
Pros:A quick, to-the-point directory, elegantly solving a very real problem. Relationships can't flourish while you're guessing their first name!
Cons:None.
I've been using Name & Faces for a month or so now and it does exactly what it says on the box — it's just a simple, intuitive directory of everyone in your company — and it does it really well.
Pros:I've found it really handy when trying to learn the names of new starters in our company. Being able to see which team they're in is a plus.
Cons:I can't really think of anything negative about the app.

Just downloaded it, and will share with our 3 teams in Cape Town, Amsterdam and London. What a great way to put a face to a name.
Pros:Companies are about people and how they work together towards a common purpose. Names & Faces will strengthen teams.
Cons:The whole team is not on it. Yet.
