One thing that would help a lot is the ability to set up email alerts for specific studios or skill keywords, so I'm not refreshing every Monday to check if a company I follow posted something new. Bonus points if you can filter by remote vs in-office since that's a big factor when weighing offers.

The per-country salary bands instead of one blended global number is such a thoughtful call. Most tools slap a fake average on it and call it a day, so seeing real localized data is genuinely useful.
@aklmemet64294 Yes, that's how it works. We don't make anything up. All the figures are based on specific job postings. But not all companies publish salaries. So we only publish what's actually available in the publications.
