ND Hive is a productivity hub built for ADHD and neurodivergent adults who struggle with starting, follow-through, and overwhelm. Instead of just giving you another planner, it combines live body doubling, coaching, community, and flexible daily planning tools like Good/Better/Best day support to help people move from intention to action.

I didn't expect something as simple as working alongside other people online to make such a big difference in my focus.
@mary_beth_st_louis I agree, it has been super awesome to see how much I can focus and get done.
@mary_beth_st_louis I love that simplicity is the answer here. We know what to do we just need action or execution space!
@mary_beth_st_louis Right! It's been so great! It is so nice to feel functional!
We’re hosting a 24-hour live coaching + body doubling sprint.
Here’s what that actually means:
→ You show up with whatever you’ve been putting off
→ We help you get started (no overthinking)
→ You work alongside other humans in real time
→ You leave with things actually done
Drop in anytime. Stay as long as you want. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83091467404
This isn’t about being productive for 24 hours.
It’s about finally starting.
As a researcher in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Information Systems, my work has always centered on one core question: Why are neurodivergent individuals still being left out of systems that claim to support productivity and success?
The answer, time and time again, comes back to a mismatch.
Most tools are built on assumptions of linear thinking, rigid structure, and one-size-fits-all productivity models. But research, especially in areas like Neurodiversity and cognitive performance, consistently shows that neurodivergent individuals thrive in environments that are flexible, psychologically safe, and collaborative.
ND Hive was not created overnight.
It is the result of years of research into workplace stigma, invisible disabilities, and the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals navigating systems that were never designed for them. It integrates evidence-based principles from human behavior, team dynamics, and adaptive technology design, while centering the voices of those with lived experience.
This is not just another productivity tool.
ND Hive is a reimagining of how we work, connect, and support one another, built on the understanding that productivity is not about forcing people into systems, but designing systems that adapt to people.
Because when you create environments that are safe, inclusive, and collaborative, research shows something powerful:
Neurodivergent productivity doesn’t just improve.....it accelerates.
This is just the beginning.
We’re building a hive for connection, for innovation, and for a future where neurodivergence is not accommodated as an afterthought, but embraced as a strength.

@dr_jessica_hicksted Jessica and I have had this conversation in so many rooms over the years... on stages, behind the scenes, and with the people who are living this every day.
And it always comes back to the same thing:
It’s not a capability issue. It’s a mismatch. We’ve both seen what happens when incredibly capable, intelligent people are placed inside systems that were never designed for how they think, process, or work. Of course things break down.
But we’ve also seen the opposite. When the environment shifts, when there’s flexibility, real psychological safety, and actual human connection—people don’t just “improve.”
They engage. They follow through. They build momentum.
It's why we built this app, and what we are so deeply ND Hive is rooted in. Not theory. Not trends.
Years of conversations, research, lived experience, and watching what actually works when people are supported in the way they were meant to be.
And honestly… this is just the beginning of what that can look like.
The ND Hive team is amazing. The thoughtfulness that has gone into making this community happen has been so sweet to watch grow. I’ve seen how it helps and it has helped me. I appreciate them so much.
@amy_r2 Thank you for this sweet testimonial.
I am grateful that I have used tools to pass down to my son! My son when he gets overwhelmed or we are in a place that is to loud he asks for headphones and asked for fidgets when overwhelmed.
@rebekah_bingell This is our why so that we can change the world for those younger than us. No one deserves to think they are broken or that they are alone.
