Feeling the approach. I love DonorsChoose.org and it's so satisfying to contribute and even informative just browsing all of the amazing but underfunded teacher projects. It's exciting to see a team trying to do the same thing for neighborhood projects. Also glad to see that you are part of the Open company Initiative. Has that had an impact on development process so far?

I wasn't familiar with municipal bonds (until Jase explained 'em) and the benefits they can offer to *ordinary* citizens and communities; this is such a fantastic product!
