@zeurois Hi Petru, I have just put in my email adress and clicked on "create my first report" but then I got an error page: 404 NOT FOUND, "The requested document was not found on this server., Web Server at neonmetrics.com" - But I have received an email from you :)

Hey @zeurois, first off, congrats on the launch!
I like the look of your product, as I've been intrigued about how analytics can be done better for a while now. How different metrics can be kept tabs on across multiple platforms, and NeonMetrics looks like it's aiming to do just that.
From a makers perspective I'm always intrigued to hear the backstory on products, can I ask, how long have you been working on this? Have you been in closed beta at all or straight to public launch?
Also, a word of feedback, the site looks great (although watch out for the hover colour on the nav items), but the thing that would help me understand this the most would be a small (<3min) video explaining what NeonMetrics is and why I should care 👍

1. Too many 404s (check e.g. Forgotten Password)
2. When I finally signed up I found that I can connect only GA, AWEBBER and PAYPAL? I simply cannot believe that all those "Thousands of users /who are/ using NeonMetrics already" are happy with collecting data just from google analytics, awebber and paypal. :-)
I'm a sucker for these kinds of things because data helps you improve. Of course, feedback from users is even better, but still, data is very important. Enjoy your reports!

You really need some screenshots.
Considering you lead with how you collect and *display* business data, it's very odd you provide no evidence of the ability to do one of your core features. That doesn't really inspire confidence in me.
Here's what I think would be better: Tag line is great, so keep it. Put a big screenshot of an impressive dashboard right below that. Then ask "Want a dashboard like this with your own data? Pop in your email here:" Then wait as the money just rolls on in.

Re: time: We've been working on this for a while now... just under a year if we include all the research and planning prior to coding. We've iterated a couple of times as our first UI wasn't that great and moved from close beta to public beta (haven't been in close beta for too long though).
Re: video: Good idea. We'll definitely add some tutorials as the platform is pretty complex and needs some explaining here and there.
May I ask what industry are you in?

@zeurois Thanks for the swift response Petru. Regarding videos, I think the biggest win will be a short one that gives an overview of the problem you're solving, why you exist, so that people can get an insight into how you can help them. More indepth tutorials could be useful, but most people want a quick intro (<3mins, 1 min is great) so they can understand what you really do and why they should care.
As for me, I'm a front end developer by day, and maker by night. Currently working on a new startup that's so new no code is written yet, but if all goes to plan we should have private beta by the years end.

This is a great initiative. Let me get it straight, can I create a report connecting my Facebook ad linking to my Unbounce landing page sign ups, connecting to my GoToWebinar attendees and the automated Mailchimp email and the attendees receive?
And get a breakdown of spend, conversion rate, email open rate etc.?
