When we started designing Nora, the goal was simple: to create something that genuinely supports people, not just checks a box. Mental health can feel isolating, especially when traditional systems are hard to access or don’t fit your life. We wanted to solve that by building something that’s available anytime, understands you, and never makes you feel judged.
For me, what stands out about Nora is how she remembers the journey with you. No need to start over every time you need help—she picks up where you left off, offering continuity that feels personal and supportive. We’ve combined cutting-edge AI with real compassion to create something that feels less like a tool and more like a trusted companion.
We also built Tribes because sometimes what you need isn’t advice—it’s connection. A space where you can share with people who’ve been there and truly understand.

There are many times I felt stressful and disappointed but I didn’t want to tell anybody else because I was afraid that they can’t understand me. I think Nora can resolve these concerns well.

Cool, definitely a needed product. How do you train the models? Are you fine-tuning based on traditional psychology theory? Have some deterministic response patterns? Is it just stock-LLM w some prompt engineering on top of user inputs?
