We are building real-time settlement and native escrow infrastructure for large, high-trust bank payments where delays, fraud, and idle capital are the norm. Today, when a business sends a wire like a $2M real estate deposit or a $50M commercial transaction the money can sit in transit for 24–72 hours with no visibility, no yield, and high fraud risk. During that time, funds are effectively lost in a black hole, creating settlement risk and opportunity cost.
