I don't think it's any small thing to categorize by budget. Half the problem is never knowing where to put your money considering your level/ size/ stage... and always worrying something has slipped through the cracks because you're not a marketer. You get so much of this info in bits and pieces, but never one simple place that you know will be a repository for everything. I also appreciate how this acts as a roadmap for when you do have more budget - you can take a peek at what you'll be able to ramp up to and the resources/ tools you have to start keeping an eye on.

Nice job and a very valuable resource for a lot of people starting out.
As with previous comments, I think you would do really well to include a $100/month option as companies don't really grow that linearly and it's also a challenge to figure out where that money would be best spent given all the options :)
I also like that you take a stand on which services you prefer - everyone talks about MailChimp for good reason, but SendInBlue seems to deliver huge comparative value for $0 budget.
