My focus was the frontend, UX, and the widgets that live inside AI conversations. ChatGPT has strict design guidelines, so making our widgets stand out while staying compliant was a fun challenge. We built a smart onboarding where users just enter their website and we fetch everything - branding, logos, products, business info - so they can sit back and watch their AI presence build itself. I also shaped the flows around our integrations (Google Calendar, HubSpot, Shopify), the multi-org system for businesses managing multiple brands, and our knowledge base analytics where businesses see real-time conversations to understand how their messaging actually performs.
But beyond the tech - what excites me most is the vision. We wanted to give businesses real value, not just "AI presence." Through our knowledge tool, they actually control how they're represented in AI conversations. Their voice, their messaging, their story - no more hoping the LLM gets it right. This shift to AI discovery is inevitable, and we built Noodle Seed to make it accessible for any business to tap into this new distribution channel with minimal friction.

Hi Austin!
We have built it in a way that it should work for any kind of business. As of today, OpenAI has some limitations (like not allowing alcohol, tobacco, and certain other categories). However, there is no limitation on the Noodle Seed platform itself.
It can also be embedded on your website with the tooling pre-integrated, so that your users can interact with it in the same way as they would on ChatGPT.
There are some services and SaaS companies who have asked us about starting the users' onboarding journey right inside ChatGPT as well. We are building some components to allow pretty much anyone to start onboarding users and customers by defining their own custom onboarding journeys.
Anything particular you had in mind? Is it for riseworks or something else?

Do you feel like there's a risk of companies showing up in "irrelevant" searches on ChatGPT and adding to user frustration?

@tiasabs AI is probabilistic in nature. You cant be hundred percent sure that you will find the exact answer to the exact query exactly every time.
With that being said, it is largely unknown how OpenAI will address this because your concern is correct, things showing up make sense only if they are relevant. Time will tell how this matures but I have a strong feeling that the 'companies showing up' part would be handled with much more grace and a lot of thought would be given to it. This is an up and coming space which OpenAI itself is in the process of developing. With other players entering this ecosystem, maturing their own platforms as table stake offerings, this new area of distribution is bound to improve when it comes to delivering an optimum experience and the highest value possible.
congrats on the launch! it feels so useful for brands that want to be seen and, frankly speaking, I didn't even know that ChatGPT can recommend actual businesses! Noodle Seed sounds like a perfect opportunity for those who look for new customers and clients!
