I'm Gosdee, the creator of the Notion Life Story Calendar, and I would love to share this with you all!
The Notion Life Story Calendar is a social rites of passage-centered reimagination of the ancient stoic calendar.
Why did I make this product?
The ancient stoic calendar is inspired by the ancient Stoic principle of Memento Mori, which roughly translates to "remember death".
Death is humanity's strongest motivator. But death is also a very vague because it's decades away for the most of us. The modern world isn't like the time of Seneca and Marcus Aurelius anymore when death is just around the corner.
I believe that the way to give motivation and a sense of purpose to as many people as possible is to use how fate plays out in our lives instead of death.
Nobody knows what it really means to die.
But everybody knows the weight of lost time.
Feature Spotlight
