As an Egyptian living in the US, I definitely get the pain. I was unable up open an account here until I got my greencard. And I’ve been - unsuccessfully - trying for years to open a bank account for my father for the exact same reason you shared: inflation. Congrats on the launch! I’ll definitely try it out.
