While I have no issue with setting up forwarding and alias in gmail myself I admit that it's a pain in the ass. Especially now, when you have to disable safety features for it to work properly and probably visit 3 different help articles to get everything right.
Well done. Unlikely to be a user, but I can see the value for non-technical folks.

So far, great UX; will forward it to friends who want long-term email addresses but don't know what MX means

I think the pricing is expensive when you compare it to the USD 5 per active user and month it costs the whole G Suite that have many more advantages than relaying mail back and forth using an SMTP as an alias of your gmail account. Sorry, I don't see how you expect to compite against Google's own offering with a pricing of USD 2 per active user and month for what it's in lay terms a simple mail a relay service.

Lots of love for this. Some unnecessarily harsh comments too. I think its brilliant - and such polarising opinions are often directed to ideas with great potential - but maybe not for the average PH visitor).
I'll be sharing this with a tonne of my non-tech savvy friends! Cheers.
Great product. It answers a real need for non tech-savvy people.
Maybe a bit more guidelines would be welcome when you get the message "This name has already been registered".
(and like a lot here - but with more kindness 😘 - I think a "for a year" together with the FREE would be more honest/clear)

How much do you charge for .com domain registration?
Report

@rbrandao We will charge $11.99 for a year for the .com. You can actually get all the prices from www.nuageapp.com or you can bring your own domain if you already registered it :)

@ar_aubry Nice! Do you have any screenshot on that domain working to compose new e-mails inside a regular account?

@rbrandao You receive your emails as usual, I would say the receiving part is invisible in your gmail. For the sender we give you a sender identity using your email. Here is a screenshot http://imgur.com/a/p9j9L Therefore you can choose to send your email using your usual address or the one we created for you :)

@ar_aubry@rbrandao This should be transparent on a 'Pricing' button at the bottom of your page. Force people to register for your service before showing pricing and conversions go 💩. Show them up front, especially considering your pricing does not suck at all, conversions go 🚀. Simples.

@ar_aubry do you accept Brazil domains? We have several customers that already have registered domains in Brazil (via registro.br) that could use your service.

and? mailgun, ... and any other domain registrars can do it!

@hbakhtiyor Mailgun is not an email provider, but more a solution to send mailing campains (for companies). Registrars do sell emails but, it's not that easy to configure when it's not your job. Nuage lets you manage that automatically.
