I love this app! I've been wanting to go on a low insulin diet to get rid of some weight for a long time but the only available resources were glycemic load and glycemic index which have nothing to do with the insulin response! GI and GL are fine to see but it's the insulin hormone that regulates fat storage and this app has been a godsend.
