I love odyssea! I have been hooked- using it daily. The highly customised and relevant daily reminders/suggestions make me feel like I am making steps towards self improvement and doing things to help myself. I have used the app and I love it. First it reaffirmed exactly what I needed to hear --- "What you are looking for is not to fill a void but to amplify joy, so just spread the magnetic self you are. Show your zest for life."
Also I love the useful nudges - like I suddenly get a notification "give yourself a hug for 5 secs" or "thank your legs for supporting you". In an otherwise busy day it's beautiful and makes me smile every time.

What an interesting way to meet your wildest thoughts, but at the same time find comfort in acknowledging them. They are simple questions that anyone could ask, but don't. Paired with a fantastical backdrop and narrative that encourages you to look beyond your comfort zone, I am excited about using this app everyday to see how it will help me evolve and adapt to life's changing needs.
