Hey Product Hunt community! 🎉
I'm thrilled to introduce OMP, a Chrome extension I created for ChatGPT, which has been my passion ever since its release. I've used ChatGPT extensively for everything from self-education and philosophy to creative and even tedious tasks. While it's an incredibly smart AI, I realized that crafting the right prompts is key to getting the most out of it.
That's why I decided to develop a tool that allows for easy iteration and organization of personal prompt collections. With OMP, you can quickly access and use any prompt with just a few clicks, directly in the ChatGPT website.
I'm excited to share the first usable version with you all, and I hope some of you find it as useful as I do! I'm committed to supporting OMP for the foreseeable future and have created a Discord server for prompt sharing and support. I had a chance of trying it before the official launch, now using it 90% of the time while working with ChatGPT. It's a huge time saver.
Surprisingly enough, it taught me to prompt ChatGPT better, by allowing me to iterate on prompts in the sidebar, and seeing how small changes affect the result. Also, you get to feel its limitations much better.
It needs some polishing, but overall, highly recommend trying it out.
