onboard.io is really cool. I am actually currently working on a project in my team to onboard agents for one of our upcoming products and it is the best solution I have found out there to manage the entire process end-to-end. However, it will be very hard to justify the cost ($299 for 3 users per month) to finance. I think it is too pricey and you guys should have a starter plan for teams that are cash-strapped.
