Have you considered adding a simple follow-up reminder system based on lead stage? Like if someone views a proposal but doesn't respond in 3 days, it nudges you to check in. That alone would save so much for solo operators juggling multiple deals across channels.

Honestly the AI draft replies thing is super handy, feels like it actually gets the tone right for DM convos. Having WhatsApp and Insta in one inbox already saved me from losing track of a client last week.
