Congrats on the launch! This is a great idea. What is the price per consultation? And, does it differ based on what kind of pet you have or the length of consultation?

Current consultation price is 20 euros for a 20-minute consultation. There is no other differentiation. And in terms of species, we are currently seeing both dogs and cats.

Great concept, and excellent design of the entire website. Do the vets also answer more "casual questions" that may not be emergencies? As an example, of my dogs today had a little piece of plastic in her mouth, when I went to take it out her idea was to just immediately swallow it lol. I don't think it's urgent enough to take her immediately to the vet, but at the same time, a 2nd opinion would also be nice.

Is the service offered outside of standard working hours? That’s my biggest problem with vets. We do have a vet nearby, but they’re closed on weekends and sometimes also afternoons.

Love the concept. Congratulations on the launch. As a dog owner this can resolve quick and worrying questions that many people, like me, have all the time as we are not experts. Typical scenario where you don't know if assisting in-person to the vet or not, is actually necessary.

Absolutely correct. As a long-time physical veterinarian, I can confidently say that many of the pets I saw physically could have had their visit avoided with an online consultation first.

I know many people who would want to use a service like this, especially for quick questions and consultations between visits. Pet care is a huge industry and very important to anyone who owns a pet. Love the branding and website too.
