This is the only book I have found so far (beside Ben Horowitz's Hard Things About Hard Things) that describes the nightmares of a founder and/or CEO. Andy Grove talks about the changes that happens in marketplace that constantly shifts the strategy. And while some could be predicted others are completely new & either company adapts, virtually overnight or there will be a demise..
It's from 90's but still a great framework & management classic from Intel's early days.
