As on average people change their jobs in 2 -3 years, the utility of this Health App company is debatable. They can take help of their term to literally reject any claim. May be most the great reviews are from their own staff. My personal experience with Onsurity: I joined a new company. I was onboarded to the Onsurity App. In around 40 days my mom experienced sharp pain in abdomen & she was recommended immeidate surgery. Guess what? The claim was rejected. They made me read their terms and conditions that "Pre-existing disease for each Team Member and their family is covered under the group health insurance, after 4 years from the date of enrolment." Fact: - It was not a pre-existing disease at all - I requested them to get in touch with our past insurers (another healthcare app) that in 4 years, never ever any related issue/claim was raised. - In the doctor report, obviously we mentioned that she was having mild stomach ache and occasional irregular bleeding since past few weeks. Is this a valid reason to reject the claim? I had a very very bad experience with them. Their logic were not just illogical but immoral. They were trying to take an unfair advantage of my situation. It was not that my parents got covered for the first time. Prior to Onsurity, they were covered by the policy provided by my past company. The real utility of these corporate plans needs a detailed discussion on a public forums.

We use Onsurity for all our employees at KraftPixel; From the management perspective this has solved: 1. Insurance allocation and expiry: The problem of expiry of employee insurance due to no autorenewal availability in the traditional space; Onsurity's platform solves this embarrassment completely 2. Superior support - there is greatly reliable help available from the Onsurity team. Can trust that these guys truly have our back. 3. Peaceful UI/UX: No jargons, very good navigation and peace of mind while using the platform 4. Cost-effectiveness: Try beating their per employee pricing; you'll most usually fail if you try. From the employees end this has solved: 1. Continuity: Employees can continue with Onsurity even after leaving from the organization; 2. Family members: Employees don't need to depend on the company to sponsor family members; they enjoy the same cost benefit and can sponsor their own family members directly via the app 3. Support from Onsurity: Onsurity has the Good Doctor team that will ensure you are treated fairly by Onsurity's trusted insurance provider partners. Onsurity currently used ICICI Lombard -- huge network of hospitals under them!

Had a very good experience with Onsurity. The account manager and her team was very helpful. I had to do an immediate hospitalization and the cashless process was without any pain. MediAssist settled the pre-approval within a few hours of hospitalization. And the final cash-less claim was settled by MediAssist (Onsurity Insurance TPA) within just three hours. I am really glad that we associated with Onsurity.

Very poor customer service. It's almost 2 months I raised claim and submitted all the required documents also insurer completed physical verification but still there is no update about the reimbursement. Every time when I contact Onsurity team they just give a same answer with new date since last one month. I recommend always buy the insurance directly from the insurer company but NEVER through Onsurity.

Honestly there was no zero star so giving 1 rating, I am using this app and service and I tell you it is pathetic, even when I and my hospital has uploaded all the related documents and the physical verification is done, still they are asking for the same documents and its been more than a month now. And whenever I ask them about the Claim settlement, they (ONSURITY) come up with documents pending, they never up-frontally tell us the documents until we mail them. Moreover, they are so mannerless the so called GOOD-DOCTORS when we are agitated they say no point in talking to you and try to hang up, I doubt they are even qualified Dr's. It feels very harassing to follow up with them every now and then, and getting through the customer is a different task all together. I strongly recommend please change your insurance provider as ONSURITY is very pathetic and a harassment to get claim settled.

Priyanka and Nawaz were very helpful in making the entire process user friendly. Would definitely suggest Onsurity to the ones who are looking to go ahead with Medical Insurance & healthcare benefits.
