Oome is a SaaS Loan Management System. It enables lenders to effectively and efficiently track and manage loans. Oome also provides a customer portal, allowing borrowers to self-serve some aspects of their loan, for instance downloading statements.
Oome was conceived on the back of the realization that a lot of lenders use loan management systems which are extremely ill-suited to the task, or to their specific needs.
Oome was designed and built for effective loan management, without being prescriptive about the specific business processes of users.
The result is an easy to use system that improves credit team efficiency and customer engagement. In addition it allows the business to report on the health of their loan book in understandable and accessible ways.
