What's great

what won me over is that setup doesn't require a bunch of manual config - it detects existing ChatGPT/Claude keys and you just talk to the agent to configure the rest through chat. running from WhatsApp/Telegram instead of a dedicated app also means I never have to remember it exists, it just lives where I'm already texting.

What needs improvement

the one thing I'd want clarified before rolling multiplayer out to a team is data scope - when a teammate joins my session, do they see just the output, or the actual file paths and browsing history the agent touched along the way? that boundary isn't obvious yet from the launch materials.

vs Alternatives

BetterClaw

BetterClaw markets itself as "deploy an agent in 60 seconds" which is great if you just want a quick no-code agent running somewhere. OpenClaw felt more like a personal assistant that already lives in the chat apps I use daily, rather than a separate agent I have to go check on - that difference in "where it lives" mattered more to me than raw setup speed.
