What's great

Great app overall
I loved working on developing 3 unfinished apps after subscribing to a premium package. But out of nowhere, I got banned with ZERO explanation or heads-up. I've been trying to reach out for support, and crickets no response at all. Don't get me wrong, Orchids has huge potential, but watch out:
you might end up blocked right after dropping cash on a subscription.

Admins/management:
Please see this, reactivate my account ASAP, and tell me exactly why I was banned. I want to come back!

What's great

I absolutely love Orchids! The agents are incredibly responsive and helpful, and the overall UI is clean, intuitive, and a joy to use. The AI token usage is phenomenal, it’s efficient, transparent, and feels built for power users. I’m currently on their highest plan, and it’s been worth every bit. The experience feels seamless and thoughtfully designed from start to finish.

What needs improvement

Would love to see more case studies or examples showing how others are using Orchids effectively - it would make the platform even more inspiring. Also the AI should be able to suggest next steps with prompts!

I chose Orchids because it’s fast, easy to use, and has great agents. The UI is clean, and the AI token system works really well. I’m on the highest plan and love the overall experience.

Can the AI generate responsive, accessible UI by default?

Yes, the UI is pretty good with basic prompting, but to make it even better you need to improve your prompts though! Also the clone UI is fine but not the best yet, cannot get lots of assets and animations yet.

What limits exist on project size, requests, or tokens?

I haven't noticed any limits yet!

Does it integrate with GitHub, Jira, and Slack?

It integrates with Github, not Jira and Slack yet though!

What's great

Reasoning and error/issue correction is great. Spending some time on adjusting how you prompt and direct, is still something that can't be skipped. The overall quality is ahead of the competition and it's been a noticeable improvement with each update.

vs Alternatives

Over the past couple years, I've used 62 similar solutions for work projects and research. Orchids has a distinct advantage that in my case makes it a very much the current go-to.

How easy is it to review, edit, and merge AI changes?

It's sufficiently intuitive to say it's easy, just have to get familiar with the flow.

Does it integrate with GitHub, Jira, and Slack?

Yes, and Render, Supabase, etc.

What's great

This sounds like a dream for builders who want to move fast; chatting with an AI full-stack engineer to create apps and sites is such a cool concept. Love the hands-on, conversational approach.

What needs improvement

Performance, security, and code quality in generated apps will make or break trust. The marketing should address safety, testing, maintainability.

The interface is clean, minimal, with smooth onboarding and sensible defaults.

How does Orchids handle database design and migrations?

I couldn’t find explicit public documentation about how Orchid handles database schema, migrations, or the evolution of data models. Is it version-controlled?
