Hey Product Hunt,
A new awesome place to discover open-source projects just dropped: oss.gallery
Brought to you by @steventey, OSS Gallery is a crowdsourced list of the best open-source projects on the internet. Is 100% open-source — view source code here — and you can add your own open-source projects.
Give it a spin!
this is cool 🔥
theres a lot of "directories" out there
but this one is crowdsourced and lets the creators manage their profiles
and theres lots of cool features planned

Great site that generates clicks to your repo and website. Also a gold mine to find other OSS libs.
Missing some categories and filters, but I assume that will come soon 🤞🏻🔥

Beautiful way to browse and discover incredible OSS projects. Also the logo is 👌
Would love the ability to filter by tags (language, utility, etc.) and sort by date/rank.
Amazing work @steventey!
The idea is sound, but I don’t see methods of discovery. Having just a search box means that it is in essence just a search engine.
Offering up tags or filters or any other type of menu of broad possibilities would make the product interesting… to me. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be for me though. Maybe its solely for those who know what they want?
