I've also come across the problem of not knowing who in my team to go to for what - could Ourspace help solve that too?
@leo_gamble Thanks for the feedback. Ourspace can absolutely help with this - people's profiles list their expertise and skills, which are displayed throughout the product, and on a team level we display teams areas of responsibility. This isn't yet deeply searchable from all parts of the product, but you can bet in the future it definitely will be!

This is brilliant, congrats on the launch! I can think of so many ways that this can be useful! In my role, I collaborate with individuals and leaders across the whole organisation and finding out who owns what has been one of the biggest pains I've experienced.

@stephanie_bowker1 I'm a localisation lead so I work with pretty much all disciplines/functions within an org, from Marketing and Content to Prod/Eng/Design as well as Customer Service, Legal and Office management. And that's a whole lotta people and whole lotta roles :) Right now it is a combination of a lot of things - an internal people tool, Confluence pages and word of mouth :)

Just the other day I was hunting around in Confluence for something like the Team Directory - too often something like that gets built and abandoned, and then we have to resort to slinging slack messages back and forth to find out who owns what.

Matching people with the right team and problem space when priorities change is really important to keep them engaged and happy. Ourspace seems to help provide the needed context to make these decisions. Can’t wait to try it out in my company.
