@liz_allen1 Great question! Long-term we're aiming to serve all companies that work in teams. We've have spoken to non-technical companies and received great feedback from the likes of healthcare and professional service businesses. However, we need to nail core use cases of our Ideal Customer Profile first to be able to scale. So short-term, we're focused on multi-disciplinary teams in tech companies who work in a dynamic environment as the pain we understand the best.

@marta_masse great question! It can be as fast as one day, depending on the people and team data you have prepared. We find that most leaders maintain a spreadsheet that contains people's names, roles, and teams - if that's the case then it could be same day! If you need to compile that information, we can certainly help you speed it up, but it might depend on where you can gather it from (i.e. an export from an HR tool could make this a matter of minutes!).
