What's great

I'm a professional YouTube coach and use Outlier Kit for supplemental channel audits and to help clients brainstorm video ideas and/or explore pivot strategies. It's a fantastic competitive intelligence tool to have in your arsenal.

What needs improvement

If it made great thumbnails like 1of10, that'd be amazing!

Currently weighing against 1of10, but because I need the deep analysis capability more than anything else at the moment, I'm leaning more toward OutlierKit.

What's great

I've been sully subscribed to this tool since it first came out but only recently got serious about my Youtube channel. The whole approach is data driven and recently it has combined with Claude, there have also beenreally helpful webinars with Q&A and a focused report on my channel. Honestly, the tool is amazing, Aditi is very helpful and the customised reports recently from claude are like having your own personal consultant. After implementing the recommendations from the first report last week, my latest video has nearly trippled in views (2000) compared to my previous best one (700), so the recommendations do work. The latest report as given more some more tips to try.

vs Alternatives

There is no other data driven tool like it - it focuses on outliers so cuts out the noise.

What's great

I was consistent with uploading videos, but at a certain point, I wasn’t able to understand how things were working. With OutlierKit, I was really able to understand the competitor landscape and identify the kinds of opportunities I could bet on.

OutlierKit gave me the right strategy and direction; definitely worth giving it a try
