I stay at the Park Avenue House. Loved being able to walk everywhere in Midtown. The space was small but smartly laid out. Cozy, central, and easy to settle into.

vs Alternatives

I checked a few other coliving companies, but Outpost just felt more organized and honest. The reviews were solid, the prices reasonable for what you get.

There’s a lot to love about Bedford House. For one, the shared balcony is a game-changer—it’s where I spend most of my mornings sipping coffee and journaling. The backyard and rooftop are equally lovely, offering plenty of space to unwind. My room is cozy, with just enough storage to keep things organized, and the common areas are well-maintained. The only downside is that some basic maintenance requests can take a bit longer than expected, but the customer service team is friendly and responsive. It’s a great place overall, with just a few minor hiccups.

I remained in the Redwood outpost for about five months, and it exceeded my expectations. First, Ridwood is such an undefied neighborhood - cool cool compared to the busy parts of Brooklyn, but still in Manhattan has a luxurious bar, restaurant and a quick metro ride. The house itself was maintained clean, modern and well. My personal room was comfortable, but I wanted everything that, and shared places were great for socialization. In fact it was special that people were - I met some amazing friends, and we often have dinner, sports nights, or look at the city together.

I lived at Outpost coliving for a while. And overall my experience was great. The apartment layout is well designed. It has enough space to feel like home. Good security system and the building's common areas are clean and well-maintained. This is key for shared living spaces. That said, I would love to see some improvements. First, the noise level from nearby apartments can be somewhat disturbing. Especially during rush hours It would be nice if the building was better soundproofed. Secondly, although the staff are always friendly, But I've noticed that response times to maintenance requests could be faster. Especially in urgent situations Addressing both of these issues will also improve the experience..

The process of moving to a new city can (without a doubt) be quite intimidating; however, Outpost has skillfully enabled a smooth transition. The facilities are carefully maintained (which is essential) and the staff display an outstanding degree of friendliness and responsiveness. The feeling of community is notably strong and I truly value the regularity of social events. There is one slight disadvantage: storage capacity in some rooms might actually be restricted (particularly if you have a lot of possessions), but this is ultimately workable.

My days at Outpost Club have been more than amazing as a digital nomad. It feels great to be around the kind of people who understand your hustle and are all about the same, be it travelers or remote workers. The coworking spaces are well-equipped with all resources, and there it seems like access to high-speed internet and a nice environment for comfortable working are guaranteed. In addition to that, the places never fail to be strategically located, to the extent that they are near public transport, cafes, among other amenities. That being said, the common areas seem to be the only drawback where they are extraordinary, and a little more seating during peak hours could be a great help. Nevertheless, it's a minor inconvenience.

I’ve spent half a year as a resident of Outpost Club, and I am still taken aback by how warm yet modern the place feels. My respect for the Outpost Club leadership has grown as they seem to pay attention to minute details – such as the design of the spaces and the organization of community events. My room combines elegant design elements with functionality, making it a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city. The common kitchen is okay as it is always organized and has all the required appliances, although extra room for groceries and personal items would be a plus due to the number of people who use the area.

I’ve been living in Outpost Club for nearly a year now and I am quite amazed at the effort that goes into making sure that the space does not only remain energetic but also is warm and friendly. It is reassuring that the management exemplifies dedication, as they are always present to help us with any issue regardless of how minor it is to us which further guarantees us all high standards of living. The space is also very considerably designed, fully furnished with modern and advanced appliances, furniture as well as other items that make working and living more comfortable. Evacuating the spaces after holding events such as parties leaves the space dirty. More focus on deep cleaning the common areas is needed so that the traffic reeived does not cause the area to remain dirty for an extended period of time. It is also agreeable that the collection of social and professional free events held is a good amount however a greater workplace expansion can be induced by adding more industry-related panels or skills enhancement classes.
