A little late to the game here, as we were prepping for our launch today, but love this sales solution. I used to work at Qwilr so know the pain points of the sales funnel well. You've really thought through this product and it fills a big gap in market!

About chat interface customization, if it's what you mean, you can change the chatbox color, the logo the name shown on the chat too. But if you meant something else please let me know so I can better clarify it :)
