The problem, boiled down: purchases have deadlines (returns, warranties, price drops) that literally nobody tracks for you once you've paid. I started this after missing a return window on something that arrived defective, and realized it's not a "me" problem, it's a "nobody built this" problem. What we're trying to learn from this launch: - Does this problem resonate with people outside my own head? - Would people actually upload receipt data for this? (privacy is the obvious objection, and we've tried to be upfront about it in the FAQ) - What would make this indispensable vs. "neat idea, never opened again"? Would love feedback either way — including "this won't work because X." That's exactly what this stage is for.
