PageShield detects when someone clones your Shopify store, whether it's a full copy, a redirect scam, or a dropshipping rip-off using your product pages. You get instant alerts the moment a clone appears, so you can act before it steals your traffic and customers. No manual monitoring, no guessing. Just real-time protection built for Shopify and dropshipping stores. Setup takes minutes, no code required. Built solo, shipped fast, for store owners who lose sleep over this.

Hey everyone
I built PageShield after seeing how often Shopify and dropshipping stores get cloned, sometimes word for word, sometimes just the product pages redirected somewhere else entirely. The store owner usually finds out weeks later, after they've already lost traffic and sales, and by then it's too late to do much about it.
I wanted something that catches this the moment it happens, not after the damage is done. So PageShield monitors your store and sends you an alert as soon as a clone or unauthorized copy shows up, no manual checking, no third party tools you have to babysit.
It's a solo project, still early, and I'm building it based on real feedback, so if you run a Shopify or dropshipping store and this is a problem you've dealt with, I'd genuinely love to hear how you handle it today, and what would make a tool like this actually useful for you.
Thanks for checking it out

Getting notified when someone clones a Shopify store solves a painful problem.
Out of curiosity, what usually happens after the alert? Do merchants already know what to do, or is response becoming part of the product?

@aryan787544 Good question. The core flow is redirect + alert: the moment we detect a clone, you get notified immediately with the domain, timestamp and referrer.
On redirect specifically, it's configurable, not all-or-nothing. You can set what percentage of clone traffic gets redirected back to your store (say, 100% right away, or start smaller), and you can pause redirect entirely on a given profile while still getting alerts. Some merchants want traffic redirected immediately to stop the bleeding, others prefer to just monitor quietly first, maybe to avoid tipping off whoever's running the clone that they've been caught, and decide their next move (legal, takedown request, etc) before acting.
Reporting to the registrar/host or filing a takedown isn't automated in the product yet, that part's still manual on the merchant's side, and something I'm considering for later based on feedback like this.
Curious if partial/staged redirect like that matches how you'd want to handle it, or if you'd go straight to 100% redirect from the start.

@raff_zilla Really enjoyed this discussion. I like that you're thinking beyond detection and into the merchant's actual response workflow—that feels like where a lot of the long-term value will come from.
I've got a couple of thoughts on where I think that positioning could become even stronger as the product evolves. If you're open to it, what's the best email to send them to?

Setup was painless and a clone of my Shopify storefront showed up within a day, which made the alert worth every minute. Solves a real headache for anyone running a dropshipping store.

Honestly thought this was overkill until I saw a clone of my store pop up in the dashboard within a day of installing it. Pretty wild how fast these copycats move, kind of alarming actually.

Caught a redirect clone of my store within a day of plugging it in, which was honestly surreal. Wish I'd found this sooner, the dashboard is dead simple to read.

love how this is laser-focused on a real pain point instead of trying to be some bloated all-in-one security suite. the no-code setup and instant alerts thing is exactly what store owners actually need when they're freaking out at 2am about a clone stealing their traffic
