I've been working on the tech behind Paleon. The hardest part was turning thousands of TikTok Shop videos into structured data we could actually learn from.
We built a system that transcribes every video, picks up on hooks, tones, and patterns, and connects them to real sales data. It also reads the comments to see what kind of content drives people to buy.
The result is a brand map that updates automatically. It shows which scripts and formats convert best for each brand.
