@lllweb When we launched Pallie internally the design was way different - the bond was so strong that took some time to adapt but now I see too - new look is nice.
Congrats to the launch, @shirshov! The proactive yet unobtrusive communication feature sounds like a game-changer for maintaining mental well-being. I'm curious about how Pallie balances between being supportive and giving a "hard truth" when needed. How does it decide when to switch between these modes? Excited to try it out!

Thank you Richard to highlight one of the main feature we've bee working so long.
There is a "tuning" window - 3 chat sessions long (normally) when Pallie collects your reaction to answers and tries fill "internal" user profile. After that period Pallie uses "Mood" agent that moves "median" answer to the right direction.
Very complex question what is the right direction
- Pallie wants to achieve internal "goal" task (set by you directly or indirectly or even fallback general task like sleep quality improvement for example).
- Selected mood has a highest probability to continue session till goal achievement.
- We tried both ways - custom model or LLM to get probabilities - LLM agent is easier to integrate and works just slightly worse than custom predictive model.

Hey @kyrylosilin, I'll answer here: Pallie is always learning and adapting to user preferences, whether it's about communication style, like humor, or the personal context you share in the chat. Plus, with access to your Apple Health data, it’s aware of your activity and any symptoms you might have. This helps it spot changes in patterns and respond proactively.
@kyrylosilin - short answer - yes. Pallie recognizes and adapts. But it’s not all - he is balancing between support, push, and motivation. Don’t wait that it/he will always be a careful supportive friend - sometimes he will throw in hard truth (like a really good friend)
