We see the foundational LLM as a 'commodity brain' and Pandada is designed to be model-agnostic. While we currently leverage a mix of the most advanced multimodal models to power the system, our core focus isn't on the model itself, but on the Agentic Know-how we've built on top of it.
For us, the real challenge in 2026 isn't the model's intelligence, but the engineering of task-planning and result-delivery. We've spent our energy building a robust 'orchestration layer' that ensures the AI doesn't just chat, but actually understands goals and executes full-cycle work.
In short: the model provides the reasoning, but our Agentic framework provides the 'hands' that make it useful in a real workflow.
