Pantensa combines a nutrition tracker with a pantry manager. Log a meal once, and it updates your nutrient totals and pantry stock — no double logging. Pulls data from OpenFoodFacts and USDA, tracks macros against targets. Works for a household: shared pantry, shopping lists, spoilage alerts, price tracking, barcode scanning. Food diaries stay private even within a household. EU data processing, optional BYOK AI assistant. Not live yet — checking if this is a problem others have too.

Hey! I built Pantensa after getting tired of logging every meal twice — once in a nutrition tracker, once in Grocy for household stock. Neither app talked to the other, so I ended up typing the same dinner in twice.
It's a nutrition tracker and pantry manager in one: log a meal once, and it updates both your macros and what's left in your kitchen. Started as an extension on Grocy, now moving to its own native stock engine.
Not live yet — I'm mainly trying to figure out if this is a problem other people actually have, or just my own itch. Happy to answer questions about how it works or what's still missing.
