I recently purchased the service from Partnero, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, there has been a significant lack of support from their team. I have a Partnero setup on my website, but it only tracks signups and fails to account for sales, which is a crucial part of the service I expected. Despite numerous emails, each taking about a week to get a response, the support team finally looked into my case. They claimed to have resolved the issue, but the same problem persists. The system still does not track affiliates with the commission rates I have established. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Partnero. The service has not met my expectations, and the lack of effective support has left me feeling very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this service to others based on my experience.

I'm profoundly disappointed with the level of support provided by Partnero. Initially, I was captivated by the nice reviews and decided to try their services for a new project. The dashboard and user experience were impressive at first glance, and I was eager to integrate their Javascript into my website, believing it to be the fastest solution. However, challenges arose during the integration process, necessitating support from their team. Despite my patience and multiple outreach attempts, my requests for assistance were met with a disheartening lack of urgency. It took multiple messages just to receive a basic inquiry from Gedeminas about the installation of the Universal script—a step I had already completed, as evidenced by the screenshot I provided. The subsequent nine days of silence were followed by a suggestion to try an alternative script, which, unfortunately, did not resolve my issue. To make matters worse, I discovered that my website was being unjustly blocked despite being white-listed in Partnero's system. Despite promptly reporting this critical issue, my follow-up communications have been met with an unsettling silence for over 11 days. This experience has led me to question the value of Partnero's offerings. A service, no matter how well-designed, loses its merit when the support behind it resembles a specter, absent when most needed. The disregard shown for customer issues not only undermines the initial promise of their product but also reflects a concerning indifference toward client success and satisfaction.

Migrating our 3 partner programs over to Partnero was incredibly easy with the help of the Partnero team. Having them all in one place, with the ability to customise the design and experience for each partner in each separate program, has been a total game-changer - and our partners love it! The portal is clean and simple to navigate, and from a Partnership Manager’s perspective it couldn’t be easier to move between and manage separate programs. The dashboard even features a useful overview of all your programs in one place, so you can check in on performance and revenue patterns at a glance. Switching to Partnero has really helped us to streamline our processes, we would highly recommend to anyone looking to do the same!

Wonderful partnership management platform with regular updates and great supporting documents and education around setting up a successful partnership and referral campaign. Certainly one of the more polished and feature-rich applications in this space.. Highly recommended if you are serious about leveraging affiliates and newsletters as a way to get more customers. A MUST-HAVE for all SAAS companies.
