Do you normalize across different AI models since all cite sources differently? I am trying to understand.

@ragsyme Normalization in its core sense is not needed. For each question/prompt inputted, we analyze the answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, and then pickup citation links from each answer. We then provide overall citation analytics in the "sources" tab.

Interesting product! It would be great to show which keywords the LLM used to find our brand or our competitors’ brand. They usually use different keywords, not the ones people would use, especially for foreign languages.
