Patient Journey App is trying to fix patient education & information by bringing paper healthcare plans into the 21st century.
We enable healthcare professionals to inform their patients with the right information at the right time. The app informs, activates and empowers the patient through interactive push notifications about the next steps in their treatment. The app is delivered fully custom branded and managed through an intuitive content management system.
