There's few things that should so obviously exist as this. Crazy how messed up our medical system is--but glad to see the PatientBank team fixing it. Don't even want to think of the how many diseases go mistreated because of how terribly medical records are handled.
Solved a huge pain point for me -- thanks guys for building this. I've been waiting for something like this to come along. Easy to use, great experience, worth every penny.
The landing page you have is pretty neat and clean, bold big typefaces and clear CTAs. The sign up process is also pretty cool. Few things I felt was during the sign up process, if in case I fill in something wrong and try to proceed, I get a message which tells me to fill in all the details, but then its not very clear as to which box Ive filled wrong, the errors are not exactly mentioned inline, the box just turns yellow and I have to figure out for myself what exactly the error is. The second time I tried to sign up, there were no errors popping up even if I added random gibberish as my email address or missed out on filling out the Gender section. Basically I feel error handling can be done slightly better, but overall good experience :)
Hi @sachinb91 – thank you so much for your feedback! We definitely need to do a better job with error handling and guiding our users. We are iterating as quickly as possible and ironing out details of our user experience! So, we will try to address your comments in our next release :)
One important point @lukedeannif brought up is our Hospital Scores! Since October 2015, PatientBank has collected more than 10,000 medical records from over 2,300 hospitals. As we gather medical records for more and more patients, we learn a lot! So, we created a simple rubric for measuring hospitals' openness and responsiveness.

I think that this product is a great one. I see that due to IT developments, all social sectors of life are developing with it. Such software is very beneficial for doctors and their patients. It's saving a lot of time and money. Now with this COVID-19 pandemic situation, this would be the best option for all of us. The developers did a great job. Also, I've read about a similar app that I am using right now https://datica.com/blog/hl7-inte.... Here you can find a lot of details and pluses about using such software. I think that this is useful for all of us!
