That said, as we evolve globally, especially in the U.S. and parts of Europe, we do see a growing need for tools that help companies navigate compliance more confidently. It’s definitely something we’re exploring for future versions

Right now, Paycheck is focused primarily on the Indian market, where salary data is often fragmented and hard to trust. We’ve tailored the tool to work deeply across 50+ Indian cities and 200+ roles, which makes it super relevant for local hiring teams.
with that we’re actively working on expanding globally, starting with countries where salary transparency laws and remote hiring are growing rapidly.

We update salary data on a rolling basis, with new inputs coming in daily from live job listings, verified recruiter submissions, and market activity.
