Echoing everyone else's sentiments: thanks for talking about something that should be far less taboo to talk about.
There are so many apps out there for women and women's issues, but a dearth of similar apps for men. In a way, men need these types of apps more than women do, as they're far less inclined to gab with their friends about such personal things and thus realize they're not alone. There is so much pressure on men to not show any vulnerability, especially in the sexual prowess arena, that it must make premature ejaculation all the more stressful for the men it affects.

I do kegels from time to time since 18, which is probably rare for a young male and not a post-pregnancy woman in her 30s - always some kind of taboo or weird-funny situation when I shared the info with acquaintances. I'm happy that this exercise is getting discovered and is included in a training app, helping a lot of guys out there. Nice built, @Brennen.

@brenny_buoy Nothing but RESPECT! Your balls are so big, you probably blast a hole through the condom when you're done. I always tell my friends who ask, "Measure you're arousal level (1-10). When you hit 7-8, back off. When you slow to a 4-5, get back at it. Good luck to you man.

@sandrojazzar thanks! I used an animator in Vancouver and his friend in the Philippines.. the animation was the most time consuming/ stressful part of the project even though it seems pretty simple!
@jonovono noo although I just got an email about that book.. I'll check it out! I was inspired by a book called "Lasting longer' written by a sex therapist named Sy Silverberg
